Was excited to try this new places based on some recommendations. I called to order 3 sandwiches togo. Ordered the first 2 sandwich but for the 3rd sandwich explained I had a dairy allergy and to please leave off the cheese. I also asked if it was possible to check the ingredients of the bread to make sure they were dairy free. Her response was I can't check, we do have gluten free bread. Obviously gluten has nothing to do with dairy (and i wasn't going to risk the bread) so I changed my order to a salad, with no dressing as I'd add my "safe" dressing at home. I don't expect every restaurant to be able to accommodate my allergy so I was happy to change to a salad but I was SO DISAPPOINTED to open the salad at home to find it covered in shredded cheese.
