Mad Batter Bakery & Bistro

This bakery has the best tasting goodies! I’ve even bought gluten free cookies and cupcakes and dairy free cupcakes as well as regular baked goods and everything is delicious. The employees are so friendly too!

We had an employee who was leaving our company so we wanted to celebrate his time with us with a delicious cake. He has a severe gluten allergy and we were not sure if we could find a bakery that could cater to his specific needs. Then we found Mad Batter Bakery. We called them and asked if they make a gluten free cake and boy do they ever. They made him a personalized cake just for him and a regular sheet cake for the rest of the office. The. cakes. were. amazing. Everyone loved the cake so much that it was gone within the first couple of hours. When the situation presents itself in the future, and we need another cake, for anything.
