They have a separate sheet that breaks down all their food as to what is gluten-free and if it's not what kind of substitutions they can make. It is very thoughtful and well organized. Food was very good.

We come here often. The food and service is always great. But, tonight we had Cezar helping us. He was especially great. Thank you Cezar! Also want to say I really appreciate Mad Duck has gluten free buns. They have always been good but recently they seem to be great. Cannot tell the new ones from the real thing. Thank you Mad Duck!!
