Cup of tea with a slice of cake? I don't mind if I do. The only place I go where I can get a choice of cakes, as opposed to other places where the gluten-free options are brownies or nothing at all. A nice cup of tea and a decent slice. Good job.

This was the second time we had visited; our first visit was great, so we decided to book again for Mother's Day. All the staff are great, food was delicious. I would recommend anything off the menu. It's all great. I treated myself to the Trendy Hat off the menu on this occasion. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. My wife is gluten-free, so she had many options, a complete, two-sided gluten-free menu for choice, and was delighted. Thanks for a great start celebrating Mother's Day, and I look forward to revisiting MadHatters.

Lovely tea shop hidden away. Great selection of cakes including gluten free. Staff all very friendly and gave my dog lots of treats and attention!
