The meal was delicious. I think all the gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. alternatives are great. The service was also impeccable. I just have one small detail to point out: I ordered the Red Matcha Pistachio Latte. At no point does it say that it comes with whipped cream, although it would have been nice to do so because I ordered it with oat milk. I can't tolerate cow's milk, and therefore, I can't tolerate whipped cream either. It would be good to specify this in advance for people like me.

3rd time I have ordered from them and in terms of cuisine I have no complaints, everything I ordered was very good however the service is really not there. The first time I ordered takeout, I ordered a gluten-free dessert and I ended up with one containing gluten. The other 2 times I order by click and collect because I work nearby and I don't have time to wait and in the end when I arrive on time the orders are not ready and I find myself having to wait almost 20 minutes which is no longer click and collect it's a real shame because I really like what they do

Order placed at 3:26 p.m. Delivered at 4:50 p.m. An order awaited with despair and despite our phone calls no response. And it wasn't the Deliveroo delivery guy's fault. Then the pancakes arrived and it was impossible to differentiate the classic from the gluten-free (unfortunate for an intolerant). So we called in vain to find out how to differentiate them (but no answer, I already said it) In short, cold order,… ultimately it’s a detail. And one last remark, there was a time not so long ago when panacakes came in pairs with salmon/egg Benedict… Oh yes also, the menu is too complex (we think of the Gigi pancake but pancake version because it’s so sophisticated!) To summarize: declining quality
