As a bride with a gluten allergy, finding a baker who was willing to make a gluten free cake was a challenge! But Maddie made ours and it was both stunning and DELICIOUS! I couldn’t get over how rich the chocolate cake was and how decadent the frosting was! My only regret is that I didn’t eat more of it that night! I would absolutely recommend this vendor to anyone in the Triad!
