Of all the restaurants we ate in Sofia this was definitely the best. Also suitable above all for gluten-free solutions (which is not a given as in Italy given that this was the only place able to recognize celiac disease). Excellent lamb chops, the meat fell away from the bone just by looking at it. Excellent quality salmon trout. If you are Italian in Sofia and you miss the thrill of "eating well" you absolutely have to come here.
