A true gem in Palermo (Kalsa). Quiet street, very clean restaurant with a delicatessen. For us, the best food in Palermo – authentic yet exclusive. Fair prices, organic quality, and even vegan and gluten-free options. We went there twice: once in the evening and once for breakfast. Reservations are recommended for the evening. The staff are extremely friendly. The restaurant may seem unassuming at first, but it's worth it! Try the granita there. It's the best there.

Fresh ingredients, excellent food! Fresh, delicious baked goods. Good selection of local wines. Very friendly, and English-speaking, servers. We ate here three times in three days in Palermo! The breakfast was terrific too. They have gluten-free and vegan options too.
