Maggiano's Little Italy

The chef went out of his way to offer me gluten-free dinner options. Usually dining out is boring for me because being on a gluten-free diet means all I can generally have is a pasta dish or a plain piece of grilled chicken. This is not the case at maggiano's. I had chicken picatta and it was delicious! My husband also had it prepared the regular way and he said his was also delicious. My grandsons were so impressed with their salad and pasta dinners and not too mention the desserts!! And the service was incredible!! My 13 year old grandson kept commenting on how nice the staff was there! A definite home run!!

We had not been here in a few years since I was diagnosed with celiac disease, but we returned today after hearing they had gluten free options. The chef came out to our table to discuss the gluten free options and the cross contamination protocols they follow. There were several sauces to choose from, and also an appetizer and dessert. It was wonderful and all very delicious. It was a perfect date night dining experience!

I went to this restaurant with the hope of receiving some semi authentic Italian food. I tried their shrimp scampi. I require gluten-free food so they had an option for gluten-free pasta on their menu. Most restaurants when they offer gluten-free pasta do a reasonably good job at selecting a decent gluten-free pasta. That was not the case at this place. It was terrible. The pasta was of a very poor quality. The pasta was overcooked as well. The sauce was way too lemony. The pasta should never have been served. I complained to the management about this. They didn’t listen to me and just claimed that I just must like a different kind of pasta better than theirs. The place is poorly run. It’s a chain. Fake Italian!!
