It is an Italian restaurant to preferably eat on site inside the Dallas airport. Only if you have time, although they serve you quickly, you have to remember that it is inside an airport and they need to be quick. So if you have a long wait, it is a good and comfortable option. They can convert the pasta to gluten free and they serve you plenty, you can even share it. The staff is friendly

Typical airport fare, food was good but not anything special. They did have gluten free pasta and said they cooked the pasta separately to keep it safe for celiac sufferers. Chicken on the Alfredo was absolutely divine, bit otherwise not much to write home about.
