Noise! Too many tables and people in a big open area, I had to scream to talk to the people at my own table. Made a headache worst. The noise level of the main floor was on a whole different level. Wow. Felt like I was eating in a club.
Then there was the slow service, we never got our menus (we had to look the menu up online with our phones) and when they FINALLY came around to take drink orders we were able to just order everything. Took forever. Also they confused the gluten free pasta plate with the regular one, the person bringing out the food wasn't told that two members at our table had ordered gluten free pasta, they have allergies (celiac), and if it weren't for my wife paying attention my son would have gotten the wrong pasta and ended up throwing up all night. The delivery person had to bring both pastas back to the kitchen to verify which one was gluten free. They need to make gluten free dishes more distinguishable.
