This marks the 5th time I had a gluten mix up at Maggie’s farm. I have a severe gluten allergy and ordered online, specifically noting allergy. The food arrived and luckily I know the color of the rice when it is not gluten free, as this dish uses soy sauce which contains gluten . Sure enough, they gave me the regular option not the gluten free option. They are far from careful when handling food allergies. The manager gave me the typical response that he was sorry and will refund. Something has to change with their process as food allergies can be life threatening.
