Maggie's On the Prom

For years, I've walked by this place and read the menu board outside. And for years I kept saying I'd like to try this place. This was finally our year and it was well worth the wait! I am gluten-free due to a wheat allergy so finding a good selection of GF menu items is hard. I haven't had calamari in over 15 years so I was excited to see a GF one. It was great and I ate the whole plate myself. The soup of the day was tomato bisque and it also was good and hot! The portion size was generous, too. For dinner, I had the seafood stew. It was perfect! Not to spicy, not to sweet, and not too salty. And let's not forget about dessert...the Chocolate pot Dr creme hit the spot! My family also enjoyed their meals. Husband had the blue cheese steak, which I had a bite. It was perfectly seasoned and tender! My daughter enjoyed a LARGE bowl of clams and my young son had a bowl of buttered noodles. The service was beyond incredible! We really enjoyed our waitress (I didn't get her name but she had long black hair and an Asian accent). She is a true professional and very pleasant. We will DEFINITELY be back because my stomach could only hold so much and there is so much more I want to try! Thank you, Maggie's on the Prom!
