They have gluten free buns even though not on menu! Fries are great as is the self-service toppings bar. Elk burger could have done with more seasoning/salt, but minor note.

I got the bison burger. It was a rubbery compressed tasteless patty. I am gluten free, so if you want a lettuce wrap, you can pay extra for it (seriously!?!). But no discount for not having the bun. The fries were ok. I was sick the next day from it. My guess is the great ratings are from folks who have the beef burgers, but based on the overall experience I would never go back.
