This is meant to be advice to the restaurant and not a put down: my wife and I ate there recently. The bulgolgi was horrible; not sure why so many vegatables were added, especially the sliced cabbage. The cabbage made the meat taste bad, also there was too much water, that came from the vegatables, at the base of the meal. I ordered the soondubo because I can't eat gluten. But it appears flour was added to thicken the broth because I got sick an hour later with celiac disease symptoms. If you are adding flour, please don't because people order the spicy Korean soup dishes assuming no wheat/flour was added.
