BAE SIDE @ Mahony’s False Creek

Came here for my anniversary but the server did not take our allergies seriously and kept trying to push items that didn’t fit our dietary restrictions, worst of all they gave me the wrong main that had gluten in it and I’m celiac. The servers attitude was also quite pushy and giving I know better than you and acted like he knew what was gluten free and what wasn’t even tho the items that are gluten free are labeled on the menu. The server was pushing one item so hard we asked him three times to check with the kitchen if it was gluten free or not because he said it was and after we pushed him to check he came back and said yeah it’s not gluten free. The only nice thing about this place was the view but throughout the dinner I kept contemplating throwing the dishes and cutlery over the patio and into the water because of how frustrated I was with them

Great service, great atmosphere, great food. They have a variety of options including Gluten free! Separate Fryers to accommodate Celiac. The decor is really cute. And of course the view. Would definitely come back again!
