We chose Mai's because we really wanted food that was flavorful and gluten free so it's safe for people with Celiac. It was our second time there in a couple of weeks because we enjoyed it so much, and they take the time to ensure that the gluten free food is safe and free of any cross-contamination. Will definitely be going back
