Amazing pho tucked away in a vibey & warm corner. I’ve been to Vietnam and this restaurant always reminds me of morning pho in Saigon. The service is incredibly warm, kind, attentive, respectful, friendly, and generous. I recommend S6 or any variation of their pho tai. The meat and limes are so juicy & good. Plus the rice noodles are cooked to perfection. The appetizers are fresh & crunchy. Can’t go wrong with their potstickers, spring rolls, or fried shrimp. Indoor & outdoor seating is a plus! Wide variety of dairy free, gluten free, and even a couple of keto options if you ask for substitutions. The server is so accommodating, I feel like I can really relax and enjoy my meal. Some may say that the broth is off but I think that a lot of other Vietnamese restaurants sweeten their broth whereas Mai’s does not. 100/10, this a local staple & a secret spot I reluctantly share!
