The Main Kitchen in Hudson is hands down one of our favorites. The food is always fresh and delicious, and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Sitting at the bar is the best—the vibe is great, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I am Gluten free and they’re palways accommodating. BYOW is a huge plus! Highly recommend!

Disappointed. . . I had very high expectations as this restaurant had come highly recommended by many of our "new" neighbors as we are new to Hudson. My expectations had also been nourished by the care that Marie-Josée had taken in answering my many questions on food intolerances vs the preparation of the dishes presented in their menu, in order to see what was possible to do to adapt the meals accordingly. . BUT after this first call to discuss and see what in the menu would correspond to our requests, a second call in which I placed the order, mentioning for each dish if there was special attention to certain intolerances to be had, and a final plea to point out that this "one" meal needs special attention because the description mentions an ingredient to be eliminated when preparing the order. WELL.. the seafood risotto arrived with bread crumbs and my daughter who has a celiac condition had to throw away 3rd of her dish... BUT WORST: I called to point this out and I left a message BUT I NEVER received a return call, no apologies, NOTHING!
