Beautiful pastry shop completely gluten-free and vegan which is a rarity in the area. Lots of sweet options. They also have bread. Too bad no pizza. We had a dessert (you can see it in the photo, the one glazed in red) which was very good even the biscuit part underneath. Too bad about the inside of the gele' which was too frozen. The prices are quite high but given the quality and rarity of the product in the area in the end they are fair. I would still work on welcoming and empathy. Unfortunately the feeling is that when foreign customers arrive the communication must be short and concise for the series: "buy, pay and go away". I understand the difficulty in communicating between different languages but we are in 2025 and there are many tools if you want to communicate with a customer, especially when he is complimenting you on your product. Having said that for celiacs a visit to this pastry shop is almost mandatory.
