Great sandwiches and the absolute best gluten-free bread

Very first experience, and it did not disappoint! Everyone was so nice and the sandwiches were amazing! You name it, they have it. They also have gluten-free options. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality food that's made to order!

Hands down my favorite go-to for lunch! I work in downtown a2, and sadly have celiac disease; maize & blue is the ONLY place I’ve ever been able to order from and not have any cross contamination issues or order mishaps. The sandwiches, even salads, are always jam packed with ingredients, and tastes phenomenal. The gluten free challah is so great! Thank y’all for making sure I’m always able to have a great meal with you
