I was really lucky to be able to get a soft opening reservation. Maize was so good and I had the best scallops and also guac and chips of my life!
The food was flavorful, unique, and smooth. I really enjoyed the chicken tandoori tacos—talk about Mexican fusion! It was very easy to eat gluten-free at this restaurant.
Our server was very knowledgeable and super attentive. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very cozy.
If you don't drink, make sure to get the yoga pants cocktail. It has a unique flavor and ingredients I never would have thought to put in a mocktail.
I can't wait to go back with my husband and get to savor Chef Jesa's food again.
