Let me tell you… I am from Melbourne but I love Hobart and I have visited this stunning city twice before and I always eat locally, and on my last trip I told myself next time I will eat at Maldini’s however I left disappointed, I had a marinara pasta, but the sauce was too greasy and flavourless, this is the worst pasta sauce that I’ve ever eaten in Australia, I also tried the bolognese pasta served to my grandson as he was refusing to eat it even though this is his favourite food, but it was sour and tasteless. The only meal I liked was the gluten free bread dipped in oil and balsamic vinegar. What a disappointment!!!! 🙁
