We love Mali Thai -- it's really the only place besides Corner Store pizza that works for takeout (for us) in Woodland. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and GF options (which are all marked clearly on the menu and that servers can give you more info about). She and her husband get takeout or dine in there a few times a month, even though they live about 30 minutes away.
We also love the group of folks who work there, including (but not limited to) Bee, Mindy and Angel.
