Mama D's Original Italian Restaurant - Hermosa Beach

Delicious pizza. All dishes are also available gluten-free (bread, pizza, pasta). The service was also very good, and we felt comfortable. 10/10!

My husband and I were in town on vacation and found this little gem. Mama D's is a small, authentic Italian restaurant. The food and service were both fabulous! We couldn't have asked for anything better. The chocolate chip cookies served at the end of our meal were also delicious (who doesn't love a good chocolate chip cookie?!). They were such a pleasant surprise! The staff were all friendly. I want to give a special shout out to our waitress, Jaime. She made sure our every need was taken care of. I'm gluten-free and she made sure the chef made the appropriate tweaks to make my meal GF. Thanks, Jamie! If you're anywhere near Hermosa Beach, make it a point to have a meal here. You won't be sorry.
