Adrian was our waitress and she was spectacular! I have celiac disease and it is sometimes hard to eat at restaurants. I’m impressed with Adrian’s knowledge of what I could and couldn’t eat and how to modify plates so I could eat them. She even brought me out my own chips and salsa so I didn’t have to dip in the gluten chips salsa that my friends were using. Super appreciate a knowledgeable waitress that is kind and helpful.

I had a great experience with our waitress. As someone with celiac disease, it can be difficult to find suitable options at restaurants. But our waitress, Adrian, was knowledgeable about my dietary restrictions and made sure to modify my dishes accordingly. She even brought me my own chips and salsa so I wouldn't have to worry about cross-contamination. I truly appreciate Adrian's kindness and helpfulness.
