I was going to a birthday where I needed a gluten, egg, and nut free cake. I put my difficult request to David. He thought about it carefully and came back with some options.
I choose the cake pops. It was fudgy and chocolatey. It was a relief as free from cakes can be so bad. The birthday girl loved it, including the Maltesers that were added as a topping on request. Also he accommodated my third request to pick it up earlier than when the bakery was meant to open.
