We tried super tasty flambèe. One normal and one totally gluten-free.
They are professionals in serving gluten-free food. They know how to deal with this.
You can see in the picture they used a piece of cardboard to not contaminate the food.
Also they made a nice moktail.

In April, the food was very satisfying; in June, we were a little less satisfied with the tartes flambées: the filling was less generous, and the salmon and arugula were very fatty, especially when you only have to eat with your hands.
Finger bowls would be a good idea, or better yet, a knife and fork.
