Mambo is EXCELLENT!! It's definitely worth a visit to Rutherford if you're in the area. The atmosphere is lively and music that will transport you straight to the Caribbean. One of the standout dishes at Mambo is their empanadas. The beef, chicken, or phily cheese-steak are definitely a must-try! My FAVORITE is their avocado salad. It's a refreshing and healthy option that features ripe avocado slices, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and a zesty dressing. It's the perfect balance of flavors and textures, and it's a great way to start your meal. There are also plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options available, so everyone can find something to enjoy.
