Dear Mamma's Simple Food team, My friend and I have always enjoyed eating at your place and have done so for years. Unfortunately, with the last few orders we noticed that things had changed for the worse. I generally order the same food because I love it and can therefore easily judge that the portion of pasta gets smaller and smaller, but the price remains the same. Recently I have had to resort to gluten-free pasta and I am very grateful that you have them in your range. The first time I thought that the gluten-free pasta might have accidentally gone empty, but then the portions were so small and that's disappointing, especially since the gluten-free pasta costs extra. Please either reduce the price here or increase the noodle portion again. My friend's pizza was also very black on the bottom several times now. We understand that darker spots on a brick oven pizza are normal, but in the past this was not as extreme as it is now. We love your ingredients and will definitely order again because we don't want to give up hope yet, but please take the reviews to heart.

I am very disappointed. Actually, this pizzeria was great. Ordered today two hours before pickup. Had to wait 16 minutes on site at 2 degrees outside temperature. Of course, moms can't do anything about the temperatures, but ADDITIONALLY about the far too long waiting time on site! For a normal-sized salad for €7.90, I expect at least a proper dressing. Mistakes can happen, but one way to put the local people off with the following is that everyone had pre-ordered, "We don't have a single order ready yet, we're bringing everything out!" Without apologies, I don't think it's okay. The gluten-free noodles were delicious. But rather steep for the price given the portion size. My pizza was sticky and lukewarm. It took me 6 minutes in the heated car from the time I picked it up to the time I got home. As I said, sticky and lukewarm. And this kind of stuffiness is then justified by the style of preparation. Well, I see it a little differently. The cabonara pasta was a lump and not juicy. The noodles shouldn't be swimming in oil or cream, but we didn't order spaetzle here. The pasta Ala Gino 2.0 was good. All in all, for around 54 euros, a mixed to poor result and price-performance ratio. EDIT: Very fair accommodation from Mamas Simple Food! For this reason one more star! The dressing was actually the wrong one, but that's not a problem. I thank you for the feedback!
