This pizza is some of the best Pizza, I have ever had. It reminds me of a pizza I had in my childhood in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Their wood-fired crust has a flavor and texture that is both smoky and has a slight sourdough flavor to it. It is crisp yet soft. The smoke adds so much flavor to the pizza toppings and the cheese. As you can tell my favorite is wood-fired.
Keep in mind Pizza is kinda like sandwiches so many different sauces, cheeses, and vegetable toppings to create a vast variety of flavors.
Not to mention, they have vegan and gluten-free options. We have always gotten take out.
