Mamma Mia's Italian Restaurant

For a storefront restaurant, this place has excellent ambience! Italian artwork and Sinatra-style music for the mood. Delicious food! And, if you're not in the mood for Italian, get a half-pound burger! Our 17-year-old boys (bottomless pits) were thrilled. Gluten-free pizza is amazing! Plus, buy a bottle of wine at Kroger, next door, and you can drink it in the restaurant for a modest "uncorking" fee.

Our first visit and we will be back. My gluten-free pizza was the largest I’ve ever had, as they are usually tiny and overpriced. My husband (non-gluten-free) loved it! Our server, Joseph, was friendly and efficient, even when it looked like 2 buses unloaded into the restaurant at the same time! (Hint: go early if you can. 😁) I marked atmosphere down one star because there were 2 huge TVs on the wall and they both were on the news. Sports, or weather, or HGTV while I’m eating, but please, no news!!
