Finally have a place I can get truly gluten-free. They use metal pizza oven pans that keep the gluten-free crust from contacting the oven surface that might have gluten from cooking regular crust (obviously with gluten!) and cross contaminate. Great tasting pizza, would recommend getting takeout or delivery because service is spotty...
