The brewer's wife apparently has celiac as well. There are also plenty of gluten free food items, including some of the best fried chicken that I (who doesn't have gluten intolerance) have had!

Sophisticated, cool neighborhood brewery. All of their beers fit the nuclear theme; my favorites are Half Life IPA and Bikini Atoll Key Lime. Excellent salads. But if you're feeling glutenous, go for queso and homemade pork rinds. Decent parking on-site. Repeat visitor.
