Manhattan Bagel

The food here is amazing. Tastes really fresh and yummy! I ordered the nova lox on a gluten free bagel and loved it! The kids loved their hash browns and the cookies are so chocolatey! The workers are very friendly and one even heated up my cookie when requested so it was extra gooey! Really nice interior, not boring like other places, and the music is relaxing. The workers go out of their way to make you feel like family. Highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be returning.

I've tried 2 times with Manhattan bagel in lansdale. The manager is rude, the staff is playing in the background, you wait 20 minutes in drive through, then 20 inside for them to correct the order they messed up. I ordered both times a gluten free bagel toasted, every time it's untoasted and cold. I will never go there again because they don't care if your order is messed up. You would think that a simple of job to put a bagel in a toaster could get done correctly! But no I think they want to give you attitude and make fun and laugh at you for asking to correct the mistakes. So done with that horrible place. FYI the 2nd time I begged nicely when ordering to please toast bagel and they did no, cold untoasted bagel is what I got. People go somewhere else, not worth it.
