Had a great gluten free Rogan Josh at the Manly Deck restaurant. Waiter understood coeliac issues and I felt good after the meal. The dish was so yummy!

Best (gf) ribs in town! Also serves gluten free meals and beer! Live music Wednesday till Saturday. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Make sure you book in advance if u are after a table between 6 and 7 even with 2 persons. Try and find the little and big possum in the corner of the outside deck! Not shy at all.
