We were traveling through on route 401 and we were all hungry. We searched on ChatGPT for a place that would cater to gluten sensitive needs and it suggested Monoll’s. When we walked in we were greeted by welcoming and helpful and kind staff. They informed us of what they offer and suggested an amazing park on the water with picnic tables down the street we could eat at. The fish was perfectly cooked and the fries were delicious. The batter was a little thick but it was still very tasty. The price for the amount of food our family of 5 ate was outstanding.

Always amazing service. Never a dull conversation when you’re waiting for your food. Select but generous menu, and there’s a big fridge of drinks to choose from. Don’t let the small location fool you, these are the best fish and chips in town. Bonus: gluten free option on the coating for your fish, my celiac friend was stunned. Always pick Manoll’s for good take out.
