The only manolo bakes in Madrid with the gluten-free muffins deplasticized in the middle of the gluten, they come with plastic for a reason, and in the rest of the stores they display them correctly, follow their own protocols, a disservice to celiacs, I have indicated this to them and they tell me that the new manager thinks they are going like this
