Maoma Beach

We went on Saturday for the first time, we will definitely be back because we had a great time. Very panoramic location, kind and professional staff, very good food and large wine list. We asked to choose gluten-free dishes and, for greater guarantee, one of the owners arrived. He described to us all the dishes that were good or could be adapted. We were also well advised in the choice of wine (an excellent Pigato Laura Aschero). With the background of the waves, and the scent of the sea that combined with that of the dishes, the evening was truly pleasant. After paying the bill, I realized that the two loose glasses ordered at the end of the dinner had not been added. Informed of the forgetfulness, the owner kindly decided to offer them to us, an uncommon gesture in these parts 🥂

Beautiful location on the seaside promenade of Bordighera, very suggestive view overlooking the sea. Well served dishes, beautiful to look at and taste. It's a shame not to have any gluten-free options in the first courses and I would recommend leaving the choice free for the side dishes rather than offering second courses already composed with accompaniment. The desserts can be improved! Good tuna tataki, well done! Overall good service and nice restaurant, price a little expensive but in line with other seaside restaurants.
