I have celiac disease and was able to eat safely at Maria Maria. The waitress gave me good advice and reassurance about their procedures and the ingredients and meals that were safe for me. My partner ate the wheat faitas, but I had the corn flour faitas option, and it was delicious!

Superb service, superb flavors. I recommend the beef cheek, smoked salmon, and shrimp! I had the chicken one, which was excellent, although a little dry for the chicken, a little overcooked, but delicious all the same.
