Marabella Pizza Winterville

I want to give them a 5. I’m gluten free (a real allergy) and have had several fantastic gluten free pizzas and experiences with them. Tonight I ordered a gluten free pizza. I’m 99% sure from the look of the fluffy crust and the air bubbles that this one is most certainly NOT gluten free. I called back to express my concern, and I got laughed at, they meant to put me on hold but I heard them laughing and cursing about me, then I was put on the never ending hold. I hung up and called back and was told it was surely okay and nothing they could do. I’m frustrated. I paid for a pizza I have no certainty I can actually eat, and shocked at how little customer service (none) I was offered.

Delicious caprese flat bread with gluten free option! Amazing!! Quick service during lunch hour! Will be going back next trip to Greenville!
