Maracas Mexican Grill

This is the only restaurant my family and I eat at in santaquin. I’m dairy and gluten free due to allergies and we’ve got my order down perfectly. They’ve been so accommodating with my allergies. I’m grateful for restaurants that take food allergies seriously. We’ve had a positive experience 99% of the time we’ve come and we’ve been coming here for about 4 years now.

It was our first time visiting maracas and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and our server was so helpful when it came to asking about gluten free items for my husband, when she didn’t know the answer she asked to make sure it was gluten free! I also noticed how clean the restaurant was!! There was plenty of staff but I didn’t notice one person standing around they were all busy cleaning, sweeping, wiping tables and rolling silverware! This will make me sound old but it was great to see young people working hard for their wage and not just standing around expecting to be paid! 5 star rating all around!! Great food! Great staff! Great restaurant!! Thank you!!
