I am gluten free. Saverio always makes me the best gluten free pizza, and he is always so careful with cross contamination. Tonight we ordered a gluten free bruschetta pizza for an entree and it was delicious, cooked to perfection. Our other dishes were also beautiful. Highly recommend and couldn't speak any higher of Saverio's pizza.
