We were visiting family in Rotondi and my wife’s cousin took me here to pick up pizza for the group. My wife is gluten free and the wonderful owner personally made hers with clear love. My wife said that it was far better than any gluten free pizza she had in America and was beaming with happiness to once again experience real pizza. The owner’s passion and love for is craft is evident in his food and conversation, but if that isn’t evidence enough, then perhaps the walls filled with world wide awards would suffice.
