Marghe will give you service better than any restaurant within Sirmione and most of the lakeside communes, with great wine choices and suggestions. Marghe is a great restaurant doing things with food that not many places on the lake are doing. It is definitely elevated dining and a special dinner! I had the marrowbone ragout (pictured) which was delicate, summery and meaty! The lemon cube desert (pictured) was just lemon in every imaginable form and was incredible! Gluten free pasta is available and my girlfriend LOVED the cacio e pepe
