We often eat at this pizzeria, primarily because my wife, being celiac, is looking for a pizza that is not a "focaccia-like", or even worse, products with a ready-made base.
At Margherita and her sisters (according to her, and I tried it too) the gluten free pizza is truly superior to many other pizzerias.
For the pizzas with gluten, (as always), we found a lot of attention in the attention to detail, such as the cutting board with the raw ham separated from the pizza, to prevent the raw ham from "cooking" and losing its characteristics and abundant and quality.
Beautiful dishes and excellent service. Perhaps the cost is higher than average, but as specified above the products are good and of quality. Recommended
