I have never had such delicious gelato. I had the salted caramel and tasted the cheesecake. The cheesecake uses gluten free ingredients which is a must for me. This is truly a nourishing, healthy, clean treat. No empty calories, instead chock full of natural ingredients that we are made to eat. How lucky are we to have this option locally!

The best gelato you will ever have. They hand make EVERYTHING. All gluten free as well. They literally roast pistachios for 10 hours on a professional grinder wheel to make the base for pistachio ice cream. I was so shocked.
