Marimba

We went here for dinner on a Saturday evening, but it wasn't anything to write home about. The last time we were here was years ago, but in my memory it was better. Before we went to eat we decided to check some reviews and unfortunately a lot of them turned out to be true. First of all: the service really didn't feel like it. They mainly stood behind the bar chatting and when they came to the table they were really unhappy. We went for just a main course, but the prices don't quite match what you get. This is how I ate the smallest fajita of my life for 15 euros. It's nice that there are gluten-free options, so that's another plus. My friends had spare ribs and chicken with mole, but they were not very tasty. The spare ribs were okay, a bit dry. The chicken was quite dry and the mole (sauce) not very special. So you could say that the food is just average, but for a higher price than the average Mexican of this quality. The drinks/cocktails were a plus. Those were very tasty. You pay 6 euros for a small bowl of tortilla chips with salsa. So if you have to wait a long time and you are hungry, in terms of price/quality it is probably better to go to the neighbors of Hadi sandwich.

Delicious food, great service and plenty of gluten-free options. Highly recommended, especially for a family!
