This is a very busy spot so that speaks for itself and we seem to be the exception. I don’t understand it as our dinner experience was pretty average. My daughter loves the lasagne and it was her birthday so we went here again. The other 5 of us were not impressed. It took three of us to try and get the waiter to understand a simple gluten free spaghetti order and he was getting cranky with us and being curt! Long wait for mains and my pizza was so wet that I could not even fold it to pick it up. I had to use a knife and fork to eat it. Is that an authentic thing? Very bland supreme pizza flavour. Not the worst but not the best.

This is the second time I've dined here. First time I came here was 2-3 years ago and I left with a great dining experience. However, this second time is nothing but that. I booked a table for 8 people on a busy Saturday night. We had one of our party's pizza order come really late, after we all had finished our food. We had kindly raised this issue twice, but we were assured that the pizza would come shortly. Thirdly, we were not made aware of additional costs for food alterations including GF/DF options by the waiter serving us. This was also not noted on the menu either. One confusing moment was ordering DF pizza. A normal vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese does not mean it's vegan. We were told to order vegetarian pizza with a GF base as the normal base had hints of butter on it. It wasn't until the end we found out we got charged $3.5 for the gluten free base which we were not made aware of. One of our party also simply wanted water (tap water). The waiter took that as she wanted to order still water which costs $13.9 for a bottle of Panna Still Water. Again, the waiter had failed to let us know this and assumed we wanted still order. We could've clarified and specified "tap water", however I believe it was also the waiter's job to clarify what water we wanted. I wouldn't come here again as this place has gotten really busy over the years. Sadly, this has led to a decline in the quality of the food and experience for me. Even when I tried to make my reservation a few weeks ago I experienced frustration and miscommunication with the staff member on the phone.
