Restaurant added a gluten free uncharged only once I had arrived at pickup location. There was NOTHING in the online screen about the upcharge... and the charge was 13.00... wow. Very unsatisfied;;
Followup..I was asked to come in to "make it right"... Not sure what that meant since when I was in the restaurant, the owner showed how the online ordering system worked but she used a menu item that wasn't what i had ordered. It was clear that the system did not add the extra charges for the item I ordered. The owner then wanted me to say what would make it right. I said 20.00 since the upcharge was 13.00 and I had to return to "make it right" She flatly denied and was beginning to get more irritated. In the interest of other patrons, I left. So the "make it right " never happened even though their POS system was incorrect. An interesting way to handle customer concerns. There are other Italian restaurants !
